1.Design principle of this plant is based on the different boiling point of each gas in the air. Air is compressed, precooled and got removal of H2O and CO2, then to be cooled in the main heat exchanger until it is liquified. After rectification,production oxygen and nitrogen can be collected.2. This plant is of MS purification of Lucht met het stimuleren van turbine -expanderproces . Het is een gemeenschappelijke luchtscheidingsplant, die volledige spullenvulling en rectificatie aanneemt voor argon maken .3. ruwe lucht gaat naar het luchtfilter voor het verwijderen van stof en mechanische onzuiverheid en voert luchtturbinecompressor in. Precoolend systeem, waarbij lucht wordt gekoeld tot 17 graden. Daarna stroomt het naar 2 moleculaire zeef adsorbingtank, die op hun beurt draaien, om te worden verwijderd van H2O, CO2 en C2H 2.
